Character design question (MA Custom Longbow)

I'm designing a villain arc and while most of it will use regular police and Longbow, I have a specific custom Longbow agent I am making. What costume choices would everyone suggest to make it more "accurate" (not counting the character specific embelishments)? I was trying to find the right parts but nothing seemed quite right.

Flared boots/gloves, stealth chest detail, armored pads shoulders. Belt, you should probably use stealth. Don't even bother trying to match the helmet, just stick it in a full mask if it's a guy, and a mask with hair if it's a girl. The Longbow helmets look retarded anyhow.

The Justice top and bottoms don't look bad for a custom Longbow style either.

I went there for a little help on my last arc. Might be some helpful info or ideas for you. There were a few people in that thread recreating Longbow.
