Can't speak in Help - "h takes 0 args" ?

You must use /hc to access the Help Channel.
I think it used to be just /h.
Correct. And if you use "active channel" while on the Help tab, you'll get that error because the Help chat tab still uses /h for the "active channel" setting. >.<

Every time I try to speak in the Help channel I get a message like this in global
Usage.h takes 0 args, you gave 7
show help window
h
Does anyone have any idea what this means?
