Still doesn't. Due to the way +/- resist and +/- damage function, it can't be done. There is an identical thread in the Defender forums for a better explanation.

Oh it would be potent but for the most part, you can make the team pretty tough without it.

Just caught this but Power Boost wont work on Ice Shields 'cause the buffs offer resistance, as well?
Kinda weird that Power Boost works with Envenom and that has a resistance debuff in it.
Gonna check up on that fender forum then. That'll be a first for me.

Enhancing -DMG was an original part of this game but the coding is a nightmare, at least that's the pared down version.
Something about +Dmg and -Dmg being set on the same schedule of enhancement...I dunno my head shortly exploded a few sentences later. Anybody care to chime in if they remember the thread on -Res not being enhanceable.
