Abusing the range of melee cones.
I've been doing this with my DB and Kat scrappers and have never given any thought that this was buggy (or "exploitable") behavior. It's more than a little disconcerting that the timing of this thread coincides with this "fix", yet there have been several threads about the hostile Amy temp pet and no sign of that getting fixed.
Didn't read the whole thread... but I noticed this cone warp thing starting to happen as a result of the "fix" they put in place around I14 release timing to solve the problem where cones couldn't hit targets that moved out of range between when they were activated and when the attack did damage. That problem caused attacks like sweeping strikes and head splitter to "miss" running targets very frequently... even if it was a level 1 in atlas park.

They fixed Amy too, but let's just hope we don't go back to broken cones and then have that take forever to fix again.

Yeah I'm a bit concerned that this fix is going to cause problems with melee cones. I wish we had more information about how it was implemented.
Until Stalker Claws Eviscerate got nerfed^D^D^D^D^D^Dfixed, I used to do Shockwave, Eviscerate, and the targets that were within the cone before I did Shockwave would get hit by Eviscerate as they were getting up from the SW knockback. I've been doing that since I9 or so.
