Mission complete bonuses will come from the appropriate pool, but will scale to your real level, just as if you had taken a ticket or merit roll.
But drops from enemies will be at their level, just like when exemplring to a friend.

Heh, I did a few low level arcs trying to get my steadfast res/def, got a nice amount of merits for them and while I didn't get anything I wanted from the roll, I sold what I got for 20 mill. Looks like some of the lower level arcs are better for merits than the higher ones. And I'm a big fan of checking out stuff I missed, so I'm glad to see it was worth my time.
I'm curious, if you do an ouroboros arc at level 30, do you get level 30 recipes and salvage?
