Touch of Death Negative Damage
Nope. For the most part procs are 20% chances to fire, except purple procs which are 33% and PvP procs which are 30% against players (standard 20% against critters). For some reason the ToD is the only (?) damage proc to have a 15% chance to fire. Perhaps this is because at the time IOs debuted it was the only proc that was one of the less resisted damage types (the rest are smashing, lethal, and psionic, which are fairly widely resisted in the PvE game).

So the Lady Grey proc will fire off more then ToD?
And as far as resistible damage goes, aren't all damage procs unresisted?

I'm working on my Broad Sword scrapper and I'm planning on adding some damage procs to most of his attacks. I was going to slot the Touch of Lady: Neg Damage to most of the attacks since BS has a def debuff, and a Makos Bite: Lethal Damage into parry since it can't take -def sets.
I was talking about my plans with a friend and he recommended using the Touch of Death procs instead saying that for some reason they fire off more then Mako and other damage procs. I found this hard to believe seeing that ToD has a 15% chance and Mako/Lady Gray have a 20% chance.
Is it true that the ToD proc fires off more then the 20% procs like Makos Bite and Lady Gray?
