Costume Change Emotes Not Working

No effects. No animation. The costumes themselves are slow to change over. What's up with this?

If your character is currently doing another animation or in a combat stance, the animation wont play. This is true for any emotes, not just the costume ones. The costume change seems to take forever because it's on a timer that waits for when the animation would have finished.
