Spine/Regen Scrapper or just about any Tank. It should take multiple opponents to take you down. If you get killed by a single Stalker on one of those, then just give up and play villains only.

If you go Tank, /SS is best. Rage makes defense sets cry.
And WP is the best pvp primary right?

Soooo...let me get this straight...you're tired of these so called "easy mode AT's", the Stalkers, being able to kill you and you wanna take them out...so now you're going to MAKE an "easy mode AT" in order to take out...the..."easy mode AT"? 
Does anyone see the hypocrisy in that? LOL
Btw, Stalkers are not as "easy-mode" as several Hero AT's are, so my sharp advice would be to lern2play and I'll leave it at that for now.
Let me guess U play a stalker? i can kill stalkers i don;t need too l2p i just hate them so im going too specalise in killing them, if i was going too ez mode id make a damn blaster and [censored] everything in site.

LOL Sirens Call. All i can say is that yes i play stalker and the only thing that gives me problems is a skilled player...not the power sets. But if you really want to mess with a stalker and lol Widows (no idea why you need help against this..they are horrible now). Roll Earth/TA Controller....i'm not sure what they get at Sirens Call but i can tell you they are hell on wheels in RV if you play it right. Don't expect crazy dmg..but the disruption will be awesome. On a side note..you will be targeted...ALOT. lol
Alright im gunna lay it on the line here i Hate Stalkers man i plain hate them, Widows too So i need a lil advice on what AT/build is best for takin those classes out.. preferably in time for SC.
