60 Month Vet badge. 3 weeks late?

it is a known issue and if you petitioned it should have gotten a response in your email that states it is being sent to a higher up to slove the problem. i had this happen and within a day had my vet rewards i was missing.
I got that email a week ago.
Nothing. I sent it again last night and the GM said it was a bug and there was nothing they could do.
EDIT: As you would expect. I just logged in and bam there it was.
They just wanted to embarrass me 
When something good happens to me, I can never enjoy it....
I am always too busy looking for the inevitable punchline...

this is a known issue. this quoted from niviene. if you logged into that toon after the petition was sent im not sure what will happen. send in another petition and see what happens. just stay off the toon until you recieve an email saying that it is fixed.
Well, this answers the question I had. I became a 5 year vet on Saturday but didn't get the badge. I logged into my master account to see if it just hadn't been updated yet, but no the time on it says 5 years, 0 months. But curiously the list of vet rewards says it will be awarded on February 23rd. I did send support a message about it, but I don't expect anything back until Monday sometime. I can wait.
Does anyone know if this affected the rewards? Like now will the next 3 month installment start from February instead of January? Just wondering.
The dates your veteran reward is supposed to be rewarded shouldn't change just because it is awarded late.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

I have been petitioning to no avail, so I thought I would try here.
I was supposed to get my 60 month vet badge May 16th, however, I have not. There was a MOTD a few weeks back that said to petition in game, however neither of the GMs seemed to know much about the issues at all.
Anyone else not getting vet rewards?
EDIT: Issue resolved. I got it a few mins ago.
