Well, It all depends on what sort of help you may need, Do you have an issue with controls, soloing, how to work better with a group? I'd need to know more info to help out more.

I don't have a mind/sonic, but I'm sure if you post your build, the forum veterans here can tell you if there's anything big that's wrong with it 
Well, the 30's are the leveling hump, when it takes noticeably more bad guys and mission completes to get to the next level then previously. Make sure you have some buffs, and team more often. Otherwise, just indulge the vast amount of content in the 30s and enjoy the ride. Because once you get to 50, there's not a lot else to do.
Of course, if you're having difficulty because you're dying more often or mobs are taking longer to kill while soloing, then yeah, there may be a way to tweak your build. Post what you got (using Mid's Hero Planner) and we'll figure something out =)

you can get decent single target damage with Mesmerize + Dominate. You'll probably want to make a mid level investment in some set IO's

What is your normal teaming session? Team (large/small), typical mission type, difficulty, etc.
The thirties are always the hump, but thankfully you are beginning to become more powerful...controllers really don't hit their stride, IMO until epics in the 40s.

Howdy folks, I'm posting for the first time and I've tried searching, but I'm not finding what I'm looking for.
I'm trying to find some help with my mind control / sonic build. I am in my 30's but I am struggling at the moment, levelling up and figure I've done something wrong. IF anyone has any suggestions relating to mind/sonic, would you please help?
