The Mender Silos arc/Ozone TF you fight all the Archnos AVs, including Silver Mantis. I think this has the most AVs in a single mission.
The arc with the most AVs is still Hero's Hero from Maria Jenkins. You fight most of the Praetorian AVs.

If you paid attention, you'd know that you've already been given the information. Mender Silos is in the same place as all of the Menders (Ouroboros) and the "Ozone" is a common colloquial term for the zone (Ouroboros).

A Hero's Hero has a lot of AV's it is a lvl 46-50 Orbous mission as well.
Chimera; Shadow Hunter, Black Swan etc etc there is like 15 AV's if i remember correctly
