See my idea for the Superazzi.
Add an in-character section to the City Scoop. Have Scoop writers make and play their own Superazzi along with the NPCs, and combine both ideas into one.
The devs could then take the best of those stories and integrate them into the Paragon Times.
This would be really fun stuff to see in game and might bring in a lot of new readers for the Scoop.
Pretty sure they've dropped the Paragon Times. the last PT article was almost 2 years ago, and PT isn't on the website any more (I had to use the Internet Wayback Machine to get the articles on Paragonwiki)

Well, maybe they could reinstate it for something like this. Have it written by volunteers from players and the Scoop so the devs don't have to worry about it any more.
If they are concerned about game canon they can always set up a system where someone among the dev team can go over the articles and make sure everything is up to snuff before publishing.
They should put also an in-game camra that takes pics of the Heroes/Villains that they are writing about!

You can already do that with Print Screen in first person view. The camera would just be for show. Having the activation of the camera actually taking a screen shot would be kool, but it's not really necessary.

It would be great if the Dev's added an in-game newspaper and reporters that would take photos of your HERO/VILLLAIN and put them in the paper! Then other Heroes/Villains can read about you! But the only way to get in the paper is after you have done TF, Story mish or something like thats just for Heroes but for Villains you would have to do evil crimes and stuff like that! Plz tell me wut you think or if you have a better idea plz tell!
