Apology for massive typos and weird text

For some reason my cached text bug is more extreme than other peoples, even if I backspace all the text and 10101010 it still duplicates whole sentences and adds strange characters to my sentences. The weird thing is it only happens in global channels and only on my Desktop PC and not my Laptop , maybe its a ATI issue as my desktop is ATI and laptop is Nvidia.

I am just dropping this note because I heard someone say Dont take Dictator as we wont be able to understand him . Since one of the main reasons I play is for the TFs and SFs I dont want to get excluded because of a bug that doesnt happen in team chat.
