For Dark Witty... more like years.
Rolled him, oh, maybe 4 years ago, originally as a Controller... a clone of my early Witty Blaster... but I tired of him as a Troller, and CoV came out and a few months after that I re-rolled him as a Grav/Eng Dom. And he languished ever since. Three characters that came way after he re-rolled got to 50 before he did. Two characters I created near to his original Controller origin made 50 before he did. Sometimes it felt like he would suffer forever... but that's apparently my PB build now... for I'Exile it's been 4 years and he's only Level 44. Wow.

I could say, "Took you long enough" but then some people may be quick to point out my namesake toon has been in the high twenties for going on 2.5 years now.
So, I'll just say... Villains are tough to level.
