Yeah, there's squat out there for /PD. 
Here's a build I'm thinking about making. I skipped on a Travel Power because I can just go to Grandville and buy a Raptor Pack.

no offense but.. ug...
you dont need snap shot, aimed shot, and if this is for pvp you dont need share pain, or the rez either.
Also take hurdle not swift if your going SS+CJ.
just made my 1st mm, and would really like alink to a pve/pvp build for a nin/pain. I hear they are both really reliable. any help would rock. a sfar as budget goes, im going cheap till i know i love the toon. we shall see.
