Mace Mastery for Banes?

Is this the same exact mace used by the bane spider? In other words, I don't have to expect a redraw animation between bane mace powers and the epic mace mastery powers?

No redraw. I have one of the beam attacks so I can do a beam chain from range with the beam from the primary.
