1. Midnighter club - yes. The universities (I assume you're looking for them for crafting) - look on your maps, several of them have "Abandoned labs" with crafting tables set up. You can't access the midnighter club from them of course.
2. Mostly because of the ITF reward, sure. 
3. I *think* their issue with this one is clipping, but yeah, I hear that one a lot (and can't argue.)

I argued over this in the Virtue forums, about how St. Martial is almost as good as Cap save for a Midnight Club acess point. If that was there, there would be no excuse for everyone to crowd into Cap like lag-inducing sardines. So definitely signed on more Midnighter access points.

While I would love to have the sybil outfits available. I believe the reason we don't is the same we don't have dresses that actually go to the characters feet...

However that said, I wouldn't see why we couldn't get a Sybil outfit that goes to the length of longest dress options.

2. A tailor in Cimerora
3. The ability/access to a Sister Sybil costume
Well, that is it, not too many nor too deep of thoughts, all these things will make the game a little more fun...and that is just my humble opinion!
