Here are the specs, but we will still need a CohHelper report to see exactly what graphics device you have. Link is in my signature.

When I double click on the City of Villains icon the patcher comes up, checks my files, and I click next to start the game. The loading bar comes up for a couple seconds, then the screen goes black for a couple seconds like the program is starting, then the desktop and loading bar appear again only much bigger. A error message then pops up saying something along the lines of "The program tried to use memory: 1103434 the memory could not be "written" the program needs to close". I'm not sure of the exact number, I can't select it to copy and paste.
The program has always done the thing where the loading bar disappears, the screen turns back, and the bar appears again only bigger. I last played the game about a week to a week and a half ago. I can start the program no problem if I check the Safe Mode box.
I have tried Verifying all Files, deleting the checksum and letting it perform the checksum, starting in safemode saving the settings and restarting, and uninstalling and reinstalling the game.
My computer is a Inspiron E1705 laptop running windows XP.
I have 2 Gig of ram and a 1.83 GHz processor. Err, I'm not quite sure how to get any of the other system information.
Is there anything I might try to fix this? Alternately, is there some place I should be submitting a bug report or contacting support?
Thanks for any help.
