tri-form max build

I'm trying to build the 'best' tri-form 'shade that I can for the constraints below. I'd appreciate any feedback on the build so far. Right now, the only thing I see that I could do to improve it is adding the PvP sets.
<ul type="square"> [*](near) perma eclipse, mire and hasten[*]as much ranged Def as possible[*]nova and dwarf as viable combat forms (i.e. not gimped for set bonuses, etc.)
I also want human to be functional for:
<ul type="square">[*]obviously, self-buffing (hasten/mire/eclipse) [oops, and stygian circle][*]pets[*]grav well[*]grav em[*]effective PvE invis
I think that's everything. This is the build so far:

P.S. Hands off the KB protection! I'm kinda fanatical about it.

Obviously the build you've planned here is going to be quite expensive, but I'm assuming you know that already. The only thing I'd nitpick is the slotting on Stygian Circle.

With enough purple bonuses to recharge it probably wouldn't matter, but personally I'd probably have some Recharge Reduction in the power itself if for no other reason than for use when exemplared and not all of that lovely IO Set Recharge is available to you. Playing tri-form you should be using Stygian Circle at least every two minutes (I'd hope much more), so I don't think the placement of the 120 sec procs here is a problem. It's just that personally I like my Circle up very quickly and I like having that be independent of my Set Bonuses. YMMV.

The ranged def while significant isn't enough for teams. Large mobs will cut through that like it's not there, especially with the number of -def powers that mobs have available to them.

I'd just build for recharge, recharge, and more recharge. The more extractions you can get out, and the sooner you can get your mires/eclipses/etc, the faster mobs die. If you need defense, chew on some purples to set up that first eclipse, then you are golden.
