thanks, i saw that earlier and was looking through it, but didn't find anything about smoke getting nerfed.. so is it true?
The only change I can recall recently was when (MA I only?) mobs attack, it supress THEIR -perception effects on players.

Ok, that pretty much answers my question. I just tried it out on a Champion of War, and it was always a 6.5% chance for her to hit, no matter what i did. Thank you :-)

Ok, so my friend just recently told me that last issue, the devs nerfed smoke, so the to hit debuff was taken off after you attacked the mob.

Easily tested in game. Get one of the analyser temp powers (they don't cost much at all) and use it on some random critter. Then hit it with smoke. You'll then see if there's been a change.
edit: I remembered I had a rarely played Dom that had Smoke on him, so I went in and tested it. Here's a screenshot. I did not attack the luddite and the debuff still affected it.

Ah, I misread the original post, badly.
New screenshot, after attacking.

There was a change to Smoke (and Flash Arrow, Blinding Powder, Smoke Grenade, etc.) when used by Custom Critters in MA. The -perception supresses after a player is hit. No change to player versions of the power.
Ok, so my friend just recently told me that last issue, the devs nerfed smoke, so the to hit debuff was taken off after you attacked the mob. Is this true? I usually always believe my friend, but I didn't see any other posts on the subject and it sounds too bad to be true.. Has there been any nerfs At all to Smoke?
By the way, how can I find out all the minor updates (small nerfs/buffs to certain powers). Sorry, but I just rejoined about a month ago after a long break and I'm still getting reacquainted to CoH.
Thanks in advance!
