You can tough it out easily. Ice Assault is going to drain your endurance more than Ice Control, so just slot your attacks with some endurance reduction until after Stamina and SOs. Have at least 30% End redux in your attacks and you should be fine as long as you aren't one of those people who shoots an attack just because it's recharged. If you are, I'd go with /Psionic Assault for Drain Psyche.
Piggy-backing off this one (sorry, Necrossis!), but what's the general opinion on Ice/Elec? Am I going to end up as crazy as I feel like I'm going to as far as synergy goes?
Re: Icy Assault - You definately need to consider EndRedux for it, but it shouldn't be totally absurd as long as you're careful about when you use what attacks. When possible, only finish foes off with the attack that's the most end-efficient for how much health they have left, don't use AoEs when your ST attacks will be more viable, etc. Ice Control, on contrast, isn't near as bad, but the same general logic applies.
Ice/Elec has very good synergy. Ice Control is a set that really shines in Melee (Arctic Air and Glacier) and Electric Assault is the Dominator Melee set. Stick two Melee friendly sets together and you'll have a match made in heaven.
So I'm just being crazy with my 'lolisdizgoin'towurk' mentality. Awesome. :3

IM ok with the Piggy Backing I don't mind Sharing, Maybe I will try out Ice/Elec too I just like Ice Control for Slip And Slide Action, plus I mainly like Icey Assault for The Sword Ability =)

Oh, I'm with you there, homey.
I've got an Ice/Elec and a Mind/Ice. 
I just don't have that many concepts that run into straight flavors (so to speak) that aren't Fire, for some reason. That I actually like and stick with, at any rate.
I'm in love with the name/look on my Ice/Elec (Cryovolt!), so I'm sort of attached there. Same deal with my Mind/Ice (Overqueen - a tribute to B-movie villainesses everywhere). Have yet to get an Ice/Ice with that sort of staying power, though...
If I do, though, I suppose I could always alt it on another server. >>
Yeah well I pretty much played this game since it came out, I had to stop for a long while for some reasons, and I have a severe case of altitus like everyone else and I have never got a toon to 50 so when I see people who have like 10 im jealous lol, So now that im playing again for a while I really wouldnt mind actually getting a toon to 50 lol ( still cant seem to make a decision on a toon though)
I've been playing for 21 months in June, and have exactly 2 50's out of my entire roster of 30+ characters.
Most of them aren't even 30, most hover in the 20-25 range because I seem to enjoy that area for some reason. I'm just really good at analyzing data and seeing how things work; Not as good as some people that browse the forums, but I'm a quick study. That, and I'm a major MMO veteran of a number of games, and have probably been playing closer to 9-10 years if we factor in all of my experience.
You start realizing quick that experience in one area may not equal experience in another, but you can infer similarities and if you know what's different, adjust and account for those when making judgements and assumptions.
...Sometimes. S'not a perfect science, and nothing is better then direct experience. But it's value is often over-stated.
I got a question about ice/ice but its about -recharge and AVs. I know avs resists most stuff to a point but how much overkill on -recharge will it take to effect an av? Basically I want to floor their recharge to the point where they might want to run but cant do to being immobilized.
