i think you might be safe, if they start deleting peoples toons on accounts they know that people will start deleting their accounts and with another game soon to be released its gonna hurt CoX and the nerf attitude here to make people jump ship. i have not heard of anyones toons being deleted as of yet

No. Nothing you said in your post will get the character deleted.
If your character was levelled via one of the exploits that allowed 1-50 in under a day, or farmed the influence for the purples in a similar way, then you might be at risk of having the character reviewed. Nobody knows how the devs plan on finding the people that they will take action against.
If you earned the character fairly, then it should be safe. If you cheated to get it, you may lose it.

I have a lvl 50 fire/psi i payed her and lvled her in Ae she is fully slotted with purples does that mean she is going to be deleted
