The way you describe it working is correct; it won't stack but will reset the duration if a subsequent attack lands and the proc triggers.

With my Rad/Kin Corruptor I put one in every attack - it allows me to keep the -res up almost constantly and often on multiple mobs. If you prefer just going with one, there are also plenty of damage procs that go in defense debuff powers that require a to-hit check that may help your damage more overall. Since the Corruptor has Fulcrum Shift I just removed a couple of damage enhancements for those procs, so there wasn't really a tradeoff.

Which server are you on?

You can afford 4 of those? Wow!!!

Last time I checked, none is even for sale at lvl 20.... T_T

What's left is to normalize all Assassin Strikes and improve Stalker's old sets (Claw, MA and EM)! You don't need to bring back the missing PbAoE attack. You just need to make the existing ones better! For example, make Slice a WIDER and LONGER cone.

I have 5 in base storage redside on Infinity after slotting all of the ones I have for all of my villains. I've got an up-and-coming Earth Control Dominator that's going to get a couple, but she also got the 5th one as a recipe drop tonight and stopped by the base to build it and drop it off (she's only level 18 and doesn't have enough slots available for me to add them yet).

They're really not that hard to get.
