Seriously, what's so strange about this pic? The most I can get is the red background on the hero-side boards, but that's doable from the skin selection menu somewhere.

That happens from time to time - forums display no new posts when there are, in fact, new posts when you access the forum. I've seen General Discussions do that.

Yeah I have logged into the forums to see all the threads look like this before. Though it didn't quite change much.
