Call Thugs change?

When did you change call thugs? I just respected my Thug/Dark today. And aint did it in a long time. But when i respected my Thug/Dark today i could not put my Defense Debuff IO's back in my Call Thugs.
When did you change it? And why did you change it?

The reason for the change is that none of the Thugs attacks have any -DEF effects in their attacks. Slottting DEF Buffs did nothing but waste slots. So they removed the ability to slot Defense Debuffenhancers and IO Sets.

Ahhh ok .. had it slotted back in the day .. seemed to work .. but o well .. just used 80mill fixing him even more hehe
