Hello, I'm about to hit level 50 for the first time, and my character is an energy/pain corruptor. There appears to be like...zero documentation regarding pain, did I roll a bad class? Does anyone play one that has a build? I'm about to respec, so help would be very appreciated.

It's just a very new set, looks like YOU get to write the guide!

Pain dom for corruptors has been generally regarded as useless. That's mainly why.

Corruptors who came from the defender boards that hate the 'healer' role might think so.

Energy, on the other hand, is far more hated. I can't think of much use for it other than making a solo corruptor with traps.

I have a level 50 Energy/Pain that played exclusively on a small team to 50.

While I don't have a guide for you I'd be happy to answer any questions.

And to the naysayers, it was a very enjoyable ride to 50!

my new toon, rad/pain, is a blast so far.

I pain really considered that bad? As far as healing goes, it seems like i generally stay pretty busy on teams. I like the heal aura cause it explains why i'm always in melee range other than scrapperlock (which is really the reason, can't be helped, too many scrappers to list).

I just hit 29 the other day and got world of pain, and it seems pretty good, although I think the damage buff should be higher, but the damage resist and tohit buff seems good. It seems like once you can get it perma, it would allow you to slot acc less in your attacks and get by with it, but i'm just going off assumptions as i'm not a hardcore numbers guy.
