TrainingRoom2 is a copy of Live Freedom?

Umm.. I was just about to log onto the Training Room to test out some binds for another post, to find TrainingRoom1 down (which is kinda what I expected anyway), but...

What I didn't expect to find was that TrainingRoom2 was up, and ALL my Freedom toons are available, seemingly with fairly recent information regarding their "day's offline" too. I never copied all of them, and the couple test characters I created are not there. It's just an exact copy of my Live info. It's very strange.

More notes: My Supergroup bases are also available and fully functional as well as most of the coalition bases. All items and options are fully intact. Only some of the global friends and chat channels show up. (probably depending on who has been to test or not?)

Did I miss an announcement? It seems everybody else did too. I'm the only one showing up in the character search right now. haha

Hmmm why can't I link to a prior post ? OH well - here's a copy/ paste of info that might answer your inquiry :

In preparation for Issue 15 Beta, we will be wiping the character database on Training Room 2, and will be copying the Freedom server’s database to that server for additional testing.

Players should be advised that if you have any Training Room “native” characters, PvP Tournament characters etc. on Training Room 2, you should transfer those characters over to “Training Room” by Monday, May 18th. The replication of the Freedom database to “Training Room 2” is going to be scheduled for Monday or Tuesday of next week.

** This deadline is not an indication that Issue 15 Beta will launch on Monday, we are only informing the community ahead of time while we prepare for the actual Issue 15 Beta Launch.

Well that certainly explains it.. That's pretty cool. I wonder why it didn't go down for maintenance though. .. (unless they just forgot to include it) haha
