Just for future note, editing something like that, where you have everything perfectly sized is super easy. Just copy via layer, place it where you want it, set the opacity to around 50% and start erasing all the stuff you don't want.
Then when your done, just flatten it.

If so, no idea. But my friend found a site someplace on the web, with a free editing program that was very similar to adobe photoshop.

I can't do jack in regular old windows paint. I would tear out my eyes.
But try this site - Paint.net - You have to download it, so I'm not sure what all its capable of, but its got to be better than normal paint.

1. can anyone do me a favor with microes. I got this one a few months ago from that guy who was rasing money for his wedding. I am trying to exchange the hair and put a cape on him but my editing skills are nill :P. Don't know if anyone is good with micro figures like this but if ya are can ya help me?
2. I am trying to find an artist who does commision but can take payments ( like part now and part later or is willing to divide it up a bit more.) I have fund incoming but work is slow and I'm trying to find an artist that can make Volt look cool so I feel better about his costume (which I like it just seems that I need to see it in an EPIC light..if ya know what I mean.)
