Any auto-power buff will not have an aura (exception - some temp auto powers do, but you can delete them).
Auras are there to give a visual indication of what you hvae one - to yourself and others.
Also - shorter term buffs are more likely to have more obvious auras than things like toggles.

Why do some buffs have an aura around you and that some don't? Why don't they all just provide you with an occasional twinkle or a aura that lasts for the duration of the buff? By the term "occasional twinkle" i'm kinda referring to when you use inspirations.
