Willpower has perception and repel protection. Perception most notably, gives it a huge advantage.
That's true, but regen still has the most survivability out of all the sets. So it depends on what you're looking for.
So probably Wp is better with higt damage primary (as elec or em) and Regen with Spines?

[/ QUOTE ]No wp is better for say the arena teams where you face storm and ff mm's and other stalkers. Regen is better for zones where you'll be facing double teams alot and you might want to stand up and duke it out once in a while regen will do better.

A simply question: why WP is considered better than Regen?
I never tested Regen, i had Ninj and now i'm playing WP.. but as what i can read Regen seems mutch mutch better!
So, can someone explains me what make Willpower so good?
