Healing "pets" and +regen/+recovery procs?
I think (going off of how the IO works, and not actual testing) If you slotted a Numina +/+ unique in Triage or Spirit Tree, you would get the bonus from the unique when you summon the pet, the buff would last for 2 minutes, after that you would need to resummon the pet to get the bonus again.
It would not give the regen/recov from the IO unique to anyone else who comes into the pet aura thingy.
It's best to just slot it in health...
A more interesting question to ask, if it hasn't been asked before, is what happens if you put it in a non-stationary pet that heals, such as the Soldiers. I think the enhancement definitely states "you" get the regen bonus, so even if they heal, it would seem like the bonus goes to you instead...
Well, if you slot one of them in Dark Servant, the pet gets the benefit after using a heal power. I'd assume that goes for other pets that heal as well (Medic, Mu Guardian, etc).

What be the effect of putting one of the +regen/+recovery proc IOs in one of the healing pets like Triage Beacon or Spirit Tree? I believe I've read that with normal pet sets, most of the procs only apply to the pet that the power is slotted in. So for the purple +Chance for Build Up, it would only boost the Imp or Assault Bot that was carrying it. But I'm not sure how this would translate to the stationary healer objects.

You would get the effect from the proc when you cast the power, after 2 min it would be gone, no one else would get the benefit.
If a pet such as Protector bot used its heal then it should get the benefit of the proc but no other pets nor the mastermind.
In short, putting the unque heal IO's into a pet power is a bad idea. Your toon, your choice of course.
Fitness/Health or Willpower/Fast Healing is there the unique health IO's should go.
Just having one of the unique heal io in Fitness/Health is the equivalent of the miniature arc reactor that Tony Stark built in Iron Man to power his injured heart.
Now imagine your alt having the Unique Numina, Unique Miracle and Unique Regen tissue all slotted into Fitness/Health.
While not unkillable, you go get a nice regen recovery.
Now add the performance shifter proc into Quick Recovery or Stamina.

Passives are definitely good places for these procs, but self-(only)-affecting toggles (like Integration) are also good, and can, depending on slotting, actually be superior places to slot them. If you have access to both passives and self-(only)-affecting toggles that can take them, slotting them in the power that has the most Health slotting tends to be best, unless you feel that the set bonuses you'd get in another power would outweigh the extra Regen.
Note that these procs obey combat modifiers, and when slotted in foe-affecting toggles (such as Rise to the Challenge) the benefits they give will be affected by the relative level of the foes you face. If you face +level foes you'll get lower bonuses than usual, and if you face -level foes you'll get higher bonuses than usual. Since people more often tend to fight +level foes, slotting the procs in a power like this tends to be a bad idea.

There's also the fact that it won't work while you aren't in battle, so it won't help patch up when fighting something at range. Then again, 2 minutes is a long time...
