It's to make sure that if the credit card is stolen, it gives the company and owner time to find out and stop it before the bills get racked up.
So, when can I buy the other booster?
Sometype of anti-fraud measure I believe.

That might have something to do with it as well.
Odd. I bought both the Cyborg Pack and the Good vs Evil Pack within minutes of each other last week without any problems.

I was going to buy the magic and cyborg pack today, but after buying the magic booster, I hit confirm to buy the cyborg one, but it says "We're sorry, but we are unable to accept your order at this time. Please try again later or tomorrow. If you continue to have problems, you may wish to visit one of our retail partners."
What the heck is happening?
