Hasn't been available since Architect went live. Me and various other people have asked this already. No real explaination why.
Also funny that you mention coffee since I had an evil positron in my mission(Who I wish I had Anti-Matter to use for) mention going on a coffee break.
I think Positron doesn't like Anti-matter and he said "No -.-"
Or, there MIGHT be an issue with him, he's the first one you meet level wise isn't he? He's a tad overpowered if you ask me. :P

According to unconfirmed sources in beta, he's on his way.

I think it has something to do with the fact that you normally only face him in a 40-45 arc, while the rest of the Praetorian AVs scale up to level 54 based off the level arcs they're in.
I keep looking and i still don't see this archvillain and minions selectable.
So....what happend did he teleport away fromthe mission architect?
Did his minions come and rewrite the database for the mission architect system?
I am thinking since Bobcat's minions seam to be missing as well....then maybe they came and got antimatter and his minions and took them someplace.
Did they go for coffee?
