Armageddon proc question

A quick question:

If I were to put Armageddon: Chance for Fire Damage on Burn would each tick have a chance for the extra damage, or just the power in general? (Burn is listed as a PBAoE so I assume set will work)

Also if I put it on say... Fire Sword Circle would the chance DoT have a chance for each tick? Or none at all?

every 10 seconds burn is activated would give a chance for that proc to fire at each enemy in range.

For toggle like powers (burn as a long duration psuedo pet) acts like it
its every 10 seconds between checks.

For attacks like your fire sword circle its only one chance for that extra
damage and its with the attack, not the ticks of damage after. But if
you have the rechage were you can use it every 5 seconds you will
get a chance of it going of every 5 seconds.

Only a few IOs surpress them selves in clicks as not to fire more then
once every 10 seconds or so (the force feedback one is only one I can
think of, off hand)

I think this is: No, because the pet does not grant the immob protection, and its burn power, which triggers the proc, doesn't target you anyway, so double no.

It seems for maximum proc'age, you'd want to put it in Blazing Aura, unless you have a PBAoE whose entire cast cycle is less than 10 seconds. I don't know how good of an idea that really is. I have some damage proc in Quills (full set of obliteration I think) for a set bonus, but I haven't really noticed it doing that much overall. I suppose its better than nothing.
