Try raising your ceiling and/or lowering your floor.
when placing it look up from the floor.

It's the room size.
I have successfully created the Autonomous Expert System. I have a secure plot, secure contol center (the big one) and a secure energy room. I have 2.2 mil prestige as well. When i try to add the Auto expert system, it shows the system in the tool bar and when i click it to place it in my base, it wont do anything. there is red text on the title bar of the tool bar that states: could not find a reasonable place... I also have 2800 extra power as well.
Im incredibly frustrated and would appreciate any help.
