ATI Catalyst Install on Vista 64

Trying to install the above in my comuter for the Raideon Hd 4850. Keep getting the following error when i bolth boot my computer and reinstall Catalyst.



Could not load file or assembly 'cli.implementation, version=2.0.3363.36784, Cunlture=nutal, PublicKeyToken=90BA9C70F846762E' or one of its depedencies. The system cannot find the file specified.



The othere message i get is

Could not load file or assembly 'MOM.implementation, version=2.0.3363.36872, Cunlture=nutal, PublicKeyToken=90BA9C70F846762E' or one of its depedencies. The system cannot find the file specified.



What can i do?

DirectX Diagnostic runs in 32-bit mode by default, regardless of your operating system.

I vaguely remembered having issues like this the last time I had an ATI card in one of my systems (and yes, it's one of the reasons that was the last time) and it wound up being an issue with the .NET framework. I would download the latest from Microsoft and reinstall that, then try your drivers again.

went to http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/netf.../aa569263.aspx and hit the install it now. When i finished installing it i want to windows update then trred to install it agin but got the same results
