Cannot Load CoH

Hello, I'm having some trouble getting the game to load on one of my laptops. A It'll go to the loading splash screen (first one - not the one with the heroes), then the screen will go black.

I'll then get an error that says: City of Heroes has encountered a problem and needs to close. The crash occured in ig4dev32.dll

I have two of the exact same kinds of laptops, CoH runs on one of them, but not the other. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what the problem is?

ig4dev32.dll is the OpenGL portion of the Intel graphics driver. So I would say that it is either corrupted or old. Check with DxDiag to see if the graphic drivers are the same.

Oddly no, it's running XP - but doing research it seems that the error in mention pertains to Vista.
