Paid time expired??

All i can say is keep bugging customer service until they get your problem fixed. Thats about all you can do.

Maybe something messed up with your credit card? If your expiration date expired and they sent you a new one, you probably have to put it in again - even if it has the same numbers.
Umm, i'm pretty sure there was a mix-up when I purchased the expansion on Steam. I guess I somehow created a new account and that's where both of my purchases landed. Though i'm not sure how my booster got there also. Just weird. Anyway, I only lost 2 guys and the highest was only 8th so no big loss. Time to start anew =). Thanks for the responses though.
My account is in good standing until June2, 2009 according to the account management site and yet it's telling me that my time has expired at log-in. I also purchased the Magic Costume booster that never became available even after activating the code. I already have a ticket in for the booster issue but I am obviously unable to play the game at all at this point.
