How are ATI cards faring these days?

Sorry to keep resurrecting this thread, but I'm wondering if anyone has had experience getting Crossfire to work with CoX? Is it possible or just a pipe dream?

I've been fighting the upgrade bug. I have a 4850 and frankly, there's [u]no[u] reason to upgrade for at least another year. In so many ways, I'd love to. There's a number of questions out there regarding the next gen of GPUs and how well current GPUs utilize Dx11. Only time will tell. So, I wait.
