Stats reset without my permission

For some reason my character was reset all the way back to level one. i did not want this to happen, obviously. i was at a level 8 or 9 with my character. I checked my info to see what it said and all of my powers were gone but i still had the same xp as i did the last time i played. Please someone help me. Something like this is enough to make my stop playing.

Did you accidentally switch to your second build maybe? You can do that at the Trainer.

?? That shouldn't have happened. There are no permissions to get, as far as I know this isn't something ever done on purpose.

Wait a second - did you accidentally switch builds? Go to the trainer and check to see if you can switch. You shouldn't be able to do that until level 10 but it's my best guess.

i honestly dont know what that means. Is that the person where you do your security leveling up at? And can i undo it?
All i know is that i was playing about 2 hours ago and everything was fine then when i came back on it was reset.

Yep, the trainer is the person who you train at.

The dual builds thing is a neat feature, actually. It's one of the many options at the trainer. You can switch between builds once every 15 minutes, I think. The link gives you a lot more details.

Yeah, thanks it was that but i dont consciously remember changing it but i do know that i like to click buttons. Thanks everyone for you input, i really appreciate it
