I noticed that they made a huge change in the last couple weeks...of course, no patch notes.

When you zone, any powers/buffs you have active on you drop. No more using elude in sirens call, etc. The problem is that ALL powers are affected, not just ones that you shouldn't be able to use. So for example, if you're a SR scrapper with PB on auto, and it goes off right before you zone, you're without mez protection for 2 mins. I just played my kin, and my IR went off right before I zoned....since it's my only travel power, I was screwed for 2 mins...had to just sit there like an idiot. Granted 2 mins isn't a huge deal, but still, it's very annoying.

This has happened a couple times before, but both times it was due to some bug they ended up fixing. Any idea if this time it's a bug too? Can't rely on the devs for any info as usual, so gotta ask the players.

I was reading something about this in one of the other forums. It has to do a change they made to stop IO effects from overlapping when zoning. Apparently unique IOs like Numinas were stacking bonuses when zoning, and for some reason that was a problem. I've stopped trying to understand why the devs do the things they do when those things they don't like don't really have any impact on the game.

Becuase those are the most important things to fix....unlike...say IoP's...base raids....PvP that is broken in so many regards its almost laughable.... ya know, but this other stuff is sum SRS BZNZ MAN

Well having no mez protection for 2 min is a pretty minor inconvenience for them to be able to stop people from gaining an extra 0.1 end/sec from numi

That's time that should have been spent on literally anything else.

I would rather say it is a bug since i actually after zoning (even in normal zones or mishes) can't use my inheret (like sprint etc) and patron powers (epic shield) for like 2-3 min

Ah! So there IS a chance that it will be fixed in like I20? Awesome.

Oh well...guess I can't give my blaster PB'd fort outside of sirens anymore :P

Yes. The extra 0.001% tohit is also game-changing. No wonder they spent time adding this code.
