How about Lost Connection to Mapserver to start off... and then can't re-log onto the character that I LCMS with because "so and so, is STILL logging out"... 15mins later. Anyone seen THAT before?

Yes. For whatever reason, it thinks the character is still online. Generally, you'll have to wait long enough for the auto-log feature to kick them off.
