I meant compared to zones. It's a lot harder to play one in zones, since absolutely anybody can knock off your toggles at any time. It's not just 1 person you've gotta be worried about.
But still, I do fine on mine. Yeah, they're weaker than before, but most things don't feel as powerful as before I13. But at least the difference between I13 and I14 is night and day. I didn't touch my stormy once in I13, and since I14, I actually play him fairly regularly.
dot or no they still hit like a truck. 3 damage procs and ticks of 30 or 40 depending on slotting. hope they dont scourge too. and with the 2nd tier attack from sonic thats 2 loldot powers ticking for 30ish.
they are just really really good powers is what i was saying. on paper and in practice they are heavy hitters.
Well I'm probably doing my Storm/Dark before I try my Ice/Storm again so hopefully all the tohit debuff will keep me from having to retoggle all the time, but it still doesn't sound great.
