If you click on the error message itself, it should take you to and highlight the field it believes is erroneous.
That's probably not foolproof though, considering the number of bugs already discovered. I hope that tidbit helps you, though.
When I click ok on the error message window it closes and nothing happens. It's weird because I can test it and get no error messages but when I try to publish I get that message.
Well, crud. I guess their latest patch to fix the incorrect error messages didn't fix everybody's problem.
Aside from remaking the mission from scratch, removing the mission files and replacing them after restarting the client, or possibly editing the misison files with notepad, I'm completely out of ideas on this one. And most likely none of those would work, anyways.

I opened the missions file and saw its basically html coding and I'm pretty familiar with it. I checked all of my text and noticed one of them had this at the beginning:
 
I slightly remember that being used for spaces and removed it and saved. I hit publish and it worked

Excellent advice, it helped me greatly too. I found my mission file RIDDLED with whitespace entries.
Has someone been putting diesel into the mission architect device? It only takes regular petrol.
Sorry is this has been addressed before but I looked 5 pages back and did a search but didn't come up with anything.
I tried publishing a arc today and got a "Unable to publish arc.: The field Description begins with whitespace." error message.
What exactly does that mean? I'm guessing it means I have a space at the beginning of a text line, but I went through them all and didn't notice any. I even went into the blank lines and made sure they didn't have any spaces in it. What am I doing wrong?
