Using a "Gear" as a mob?
Nope. Closest you can come is making a really small custom critter and matching the powersets as best you can.

Characters
Yup, underlings, or whatever they call the rank below Minion are not available to the Critter Creator.
However I must say, the Critter Creator in CoX is so much better than spore, and they spent years and years on spore lol.

I think that the only way you can get Gears to appear is to put in a boss that spawns them when it dies. The same way that the only way to get bee swarms is to put in a Devoured.

Oh, gosh. When I read this topic, I thought, "Huh... I bet someone's using the Clockwork to create an arc titled 'Gears of War.'"
Seems such is not the case. After searching, the closest match I've found is "City of Gears of War." No Clockwork involved, though. How disappointing.
Is it possible to use a clockwork 'gear' and give it different powersets?
I can't seem to make that idea work when using cutom mobs because naturally the character creator doesn't support that small of a size character.
So is there a way to modify the gear itself? Giving it the powers I want it to have for a mission?
