They only update it if there are things we need to know about. We don't need to know about every little thing they do.
Almost forgot, sarcasm will get you no where.
Sarcasm aside, I agree. The patch notes are slow and incomplete -- sometimes it's like pulling teeth to find out what's actually changed.
I realize this is a period of transition, with Ex leaving and all, but I do hope the new CM gets up and on the ball (ideally, more on the ball on this issue than has been the case in the recent past, no disrespect to Ex's fabulous job as an organizer and otherwise) quickly.

You realize the patches to Live are the same stuff that's reached Test, correct? Everything in the Test patch notes makes it to the Live servers in the patch. It's not that hard.

I think a good idea would be some sort of page where they post, telling us what changes were made in the latest patch. Perhaps they can call the page, since it has notes about the patches.. a sort of "patch notes" page?
What's that? We already have one? Ah, so we do. Problem is they don't update it until 8 hours after the patch went live; and of late haven't been updating it at all.
Seriously, I should not have to dig through the forums to find out what changed. It's not very professional.
