Hostages not running
Hmm....17 views and no replies.
Did I ask a /facepalm question?
I freely admit I'm pretty new to the MA scene, but I have looked around and not found anything obvious as to what I'm doing wrong.
Any input is greatly appreciated.
Are you using release captive feature or add an ally feature for your hostage?

It is the release captive option. The captive isn't following me around, he just stands there looking confused. Doesn't move at all, which is the real reason why this is so confusing.
I'm starting to wonder if it's something coded into a 'monster' rather than a civilian, where the monster doesn't run away.
I'm at work at the moment, so haven't gotten to test with it since I posted last.
ive had some have this same problem, i dont know what the issue is either
On an outdoor map? The hostage AI is messed up on them.

This is it then. It is the Dark Astoria map with the bridges to the island with a chasm around it. Looks like I get to change dialogue then.
Does anyone know if this has been /bugged?
I have an arc that I have been working on where the hostages being held by the CoT won't run away after being freed. They say their line, "You're on your own..I'm out of here," but then stand there doing nothing. I have looked through the rescue emotes, and haven't found anything indicating running.
It may be worth noting that the rescued hostages are standard Arachnoid minions.
Any insight would be appreciated.
