The fastest way to get tickets is to play other people's missions. You can unlock everything there is to unlock in a couple dozen arcs, probably fewer.
You also get tickets when people play and rate your mission highly, but those are obviously more difficult to come by.
All the unlockables are unlocked account wide, as far as I know.

I just finished my first arc last night, it was made of 4 missions with 100% custom mobs and storyline, and I went to see the ticket vendor, but how exactly do we get tickets? Do we get them from finishing missions, making them, testing them? Also, if I unlock something from the ticket vendor, does it count for my whole account or just my one character?
