Has anybody made a Custom_Critter Blue Steel?

Here I am, in the midst of composing my epic, and I want to add Blue Steel as an ally in a mission, only to find out he's not available! I did an exhaustive search of the options with no luck. If he is in there, please let me know where.

Before I go and make my own, I was wondering if anyone out there has already made him and would be willing to share a copy of the files needed for the character or at least the costume.

Only one I've seen is a Praetorian version in an arc featuring Marauder. He was quite Judge Dredd looking.

I can't find him either. Are the Praetorians 1) not interested in being your ally, or 2) part of the "unlockable" stuffs?

Blue Steel (dev), if you happen to read this, could you perhaps hop over to the tailor, save your costume, and send me the file?

Nah. Too easy.

A Praetorian version that someone made in MA. There is no Blue Steel in the game other than the trainer in Kings Row.

Unlockable along with the signature heroes.
Have not looked to see who all is available though.

I tried once, made him an exact replica of Blue Steel.

It turns out that the servers can not handle that much pure awesomeness. Sorry about the delay Freedom.....
