I can't be sure...but I think...that may have been posted in the wrong thread.
Issue 16 made me feel like this.

Feedback for the arc...
It's a good one-shot mission with some funny jokes. The only thing I could really see improving is that I have no idea what the bosses are, since I played it solo. I'd probably put in some optional Boss objectives so that solo players can see them.

Enjoyed all of the custom characters and reading their descriptions. The "M" chest detail was a stroke of genius in itself well worth the admission.
I think that since the patch made them harder some of them might be revisited. The scrapper I played through with had a tough time on some of the large spawns.
Also, I'd make more use of mob statements around the hostages and toss in a couple patrols with different patrol statements, just to add some characterization and color. The only NPC speech was the end boss, really. Optional bosses are also a good idea, if only because they can give more speeches as well.

Mobs around the hostages I might be able to swing. Patrols or any other addition no way. Last check I was between 98-99% space used.

Heraclea,
I am happy you posted because I went in to the editor and was happy to find that somehow I had a whopping 4% of space left. Not enough to add patrols or anything, but enough for me to make some nice little changes like:
- Broke the 3 captives into three separate types/groups which allowed me to add more text/humor.
- Modified a few of the customs power sets to rebalance the arc post power change patch
- Added a little color to the intro text.
If you get a chance run it again. I would love to hear what you think of the tweaks.

@GlaziusF
Run on a low-40s DB/Fire brute, diff 2 so bosses is bosses. Mission Engineer is so close.
---
But Mr. Joker, fish are a natural resource. They can't be copyrighted!
...yeah, that's about my experience with intellectual property laws as depicted in comics.
Fortunately we won't be going that way.
We WILL be going the way of cheap 10-cent knockoffs of famous villains. (I will admit to not getting the claws one at first just because the power set is so iconically Mongoose. Maybe she should be MA?)
And heroes!
And of course the guy in charge, Bruce "Summer" Storm.
---
Storyline - ***. Not so much for being one mission as for really only having one distinct voice IN the mission, that being the boss. Since you can make custom bosses with any custom character I was kinda looking forward to ripped-off speeches by the various members of the custom group. Alas, it was not to be. There are conversations from the hostage guards, but those have to be generic, and the whole point of the customs is that they're ripping off something specific.
Design - ****. I could get most of the ripoffs first glance, taking powersets into account. This is really just for not putting in places in the mission for individual ripoffs to rant about their special snowflakeness in specific (and also for teams of less than -- what, 6? -- to encounter any bosses) .
Gameplay - *****. No complaints. The slugfests were a little challenge but pretty fun all the way to the end.
Detail - ***. Custom descriptions, while often trying to be comedic in their own right, are rather hit-and-miss as to whether they relate specifically to what the custom is trying to rip off. As such they fall a little flat. (F'rex: the claws needs a little less "generic catgirl" and a little more "beautiful international diamond thief", Ten Pin is begging for a comment about "also he's really muscular. His muscles just LOOK like fat because.... because." Weirdzo is pretty perfect just because the speech pattern is also iconic.)
Overall - ****. A mildly humorous arc that was a bit too bland for my taste. Yours may vary!

I quite enjoyed the mission. A few suggestions:
You are missing commas in several places throughout the text. I can re-run the mission and note them if you care.
More dialogue, perhaps in patrols, would be a nice addition. (Perhaps after I-15 hits live, which I've read will reduce the size of custom villains, you'll have more space to try this).
I kept expecting some reference to the difference between trademark and copyright, which often comes up in these discussions. If I missed, I am sorry. If not, you might consider adding it (perhaps in the soon-to-be-added patrol texts?)

Thanks for the review. You hit it on the head, space is currently the killer and if it becomes possible I would love to add to this mish. If you don't mind running it again to help me with my comma issue, that would be great. Just PM me where they need to be added. Thanks,

Ok, people asked for it and MCM made me cry over it (kidding) so I did it. The Hero Wannabes and The Wannabes have been merged into one group. The new and improved Wannabes consists of these customs:
8 Minions
4 Lieutenants
2 Bosses (regular)
1 Big Bad (special don't auto spawn boss)
Hope you are happy!

I was very proud of the formatting of the clues in my latest arc and it got me thinking about this arc since I never saw the need for clues in it. I was planning to play through the arc anyways since I needed screenshots for Bubba's December Player's Choice event. This arc was at 99.14% full so there was not a ton of room, but room enough for a clue or two. Then it hit me and I made the following changes:
- Renamed Office Worker to Supervisor's Secretary
- Added a clue drop when she is rescued named "Letter of Termination"
- Changed the accept text from the standard accept to "Um...OK...if you say so."
Add the memo (pictured below) nicely ties up the loose end of what made the lawyer snap in the first place.

I17 Update.
- Revamped Steel Guy's costume since several parts of his old costume are no longer available.
- Modified all bios to make it clear that each character represents more than one person.
- Added SEVEN completely new Wannabes. This brings the group to 12 minions, 6 lieutenants, 3 bosses and 1 special boss for a total of 22 Wannabes.
- Changed the level range from 30-54 to 35 to 54 since I felt squishy AT types might have a problem without access to their tier 9 power.
- Change one of the tags from Kid Friendly to Challenging.
- Modified the entire group to have a minimum of 90% exp at level 50. Before I17 all MA custom characters were worth 75% max exp so this is a 15-25% exp boost for across the board.
I don't want to give away all the new characters, but here's one to wet your appetite:
